My career centers on helping people learn, grow, and thrive. My childhood experience as a refugee solidified my belief in the human condition and propelled me into a career of development. I hold an MA in International Training and Education and an Executive MBA. I’ve worked across Admissions, Edtech, and SaaS. From designing onboarding for global teams to guiding organizations through digital learning adoption, I bring both empathy and strategy to every project. My journey has taught me that education is more than knowledge—it’s opportunity, belonging, and transformation.

My approach draws on ADDIE, systems thinking, and dialogue-based principles while centering psychological safety and human connection. When people feel supported, they’re more willing to learn, adapt, and perform at their best.

As a refugee, I experienced firsthand how education creates opportunity, belonging, and hope in the face of uncertainty. They remain the foundation of my work today, inspiring me to design learning experiences that transfer knowledge, inspire confidence, and create lasting growth.
